(CA) CHIROPRACTIC ASSISTANT / PATIENT COORDINATOR
  • This position involves handling appointments, patient flow, collection, some daily bookkeeping, assisting patients in rehab / therapy area, assisting doctors as needed, insurance verification, and electronic medical records.   
  • People / communication skills, computer skills and typing speed >55wpm required.  Use TypingTest.com, find out your speed, accuracy.  If it's less than 45 wpm, please do not apply.
  • This is a fast pace environment and ideal candidate should be energetic and enjoy working with people, especially children, and able to multi-task.   
  • Your working hours will vary, depending on our need.  Make sure you are aware of our office hours which opens early at 7am and last patient finished around 6-6:30pm, except on Fridays we close at 4pm.  This may be a Part-Time (around 16-25 hours/week), or Full-Time (36-40 hours/week). 
  • Always off every weekend (Sat-Sun).
  • Pay depends on skills, experience, and performance, starting from $10-11/hour.

(PR) PRACTICE REPRESENTATIVE 
We actively recruit P.R. in our office.   Is this you?
  • An outgoing, social type personality, quick to start up a conversation and relate to many different people
  • Professional appearance - a person with enough style to set up our booths or "lunch and learn" event so it has the professional look that we require.
  • A master networker who is excellent with names and making contacts as well as tracking them.
  • Great organizational skills to keep the referrals, networking, companies, reoccurring events and planning organized.
  • Someone with dependable transportation who is able to travel within 30 minutes distance radius of our office (Frankfort, Versailles, Harrodsburg, Shelbyville, Waddy, etc.).
  • Someone who can organize and conduct screenings at health fairs, trade shows, public places, etc.
  • Someone that is excellent at time management, energetic, results-oriented, and highly self-motivated.
 *In addition, the person(s) would be face to face with potential patients and NOT in front of a computer creating website, advertising, branding or other creative marketing.  The "wheel" is already created here at our office.  This person(s) day to day duties would be most similar to an outside sales representative / pharmaceutical sales rep / event planner.  

This may be a Part-Time (20+ hours) or Full-Time (36-40 hours) position. This is NOT an in-office position. Your schedule will vary/flexible, depending on events, etc.   Pay based on performance, ranges from $12/hr to $30/hour.  Benefits include paid vacation, 401k plus three percent employer-matching fund after one year employment, complimentary chiropractic care for self, married spouse and children under 18, and more.

ASSOCIATE DOCTOR (D.C.)
This would be a tremendous opportunity for anyone considering a possible change or for anyone who is just starting out fresh out of school.  Enjoy the security of a known income, serve patients without the stress of practice overhead and staff management, and grow as the practice grows with profit sharing. 
We prefer, though not required, that you already have a KY license or in the process of applying for the Kentucky state DC license; a plus if you are already in network with many insurance providers in the area such as Anthem BCBS, Humana, Aetna, United Healthcare, Cigna, Medicaid, Medicare.
